In connection with Broadcom buyout of VMware extensive changes are now being made to the partner strategy. The changes mean that several previously white label partners are facing challenges – and are looking for new ways forward. One of the actors now stepping forward is Node4, a leading managed services provider, is unveiling a series of initiatives to ease the transition.
Broadcom's restructuring - what it means for partners
Under the new model, contracts for previous VMware white label partners to stop it March 31, 2027. Broadcom choose to keep only a few Pinnacle Partners which has the capacity to deploy VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) on a large scale. To ensure long-term stability, Node4 offers VMware services under new frameworks – based on Node4-owned infrastructure and with complete control. - Transition and migration support
Using modern tools and partnerships, Node4 plans to support the transition to VCDA-based migrations and multitenant VCF environments. - Flexible commercial models
As Broadcom phases out white label systems, Node4 is developing new business models tailored for different partners, including solutions for smooth migrations.
