WatchGuard Technologies strengthens EMEA sales leadership with the appointment of Frédéric Saint-Joigny to drive regional growth and enhance partner collaboration.

WatchGuard Technologies, known for its unified cybersecurity solutions, recently announced the recruitment of Frédéric Saint-Joigny as the new Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region. Reporting directly to Chief Revenue Officer HoJin Kim, Frédéric will define and implement a go-to-market strategy to help partners seize new opportunities, diversify cybersecurity offerings, and launch a new phase of growth across the EMEA region.

This strategic appointment underscores WatchGuard’s commitment to rejuvenating its leadership and sales force, ensuring they remain responsive to the ever-changing demands of the cybersecurity landscape and partner networks. With a solid foundation already established, Frédéric is expected to leadership harmonize regional sales, strengthen partner support and drive growth initiatives.

With over 20 years of skilled experience in corporate and channel sales, especially in cybersecurity and network sectors, Frédéric's credentials speak for themselves. Before he started at WatchGuard he led the sales operations for EMEA at Skybox Security, significantly improving regional reach and increasing channel efficiency. His previous employment at Aruba Networks, both before and after the acquisition by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), meant he played a critical role in escalating channel operations within EMEA.

To integrate Frédéric into WatchGuard's robust operational structure marks a crucial step in partners' transition from solely selling individual security products to delivering holistic and integrated cybersecurity solutions, including advanced managed services. This merger of leadership aims to promote regional cohesion, position WatchGuard and its partners as leading players in exploiting latent market potential and breaking new growth ceilings.
