He has solid experience from various board assignments, including assignments at Skandiabanken and Nordea Hypotek. He has also worked as strategy manager at Finnair. where he was part of the group management.
Nicklas Ilebrand has broad experience and knowledge of the Nordic banking market, which means he has an understanding of market dynamics and how to effectively navigate the complex financial sectorIn addition, Nicklas is background from McKinsey particularly important as the bank is in an intense phase of change to grow its private customer business in a difficult-to-navigate market.
