During the year, Advania has also put Trusted AI high on the agenda. Trusted AI is Advania’s framework for developing and using AI in a responsible manner, combining innovation with security, transparency, regulatory compliance and control over data and infrastructure. The company has also begun integrating principles of environmental, ethical and social responsibility into both the use and development of AI solutions. The work includes, among other things, governance, risk assessment, transparency and sustainable AI infrastructure.

– This year’s report shows that our sustainability initiatives are delivering results and that we are well on our way to achieving our SBTi targets by 2030. Our progress in circular IT is an important part of our reduced emissions. At the same time, we see a growing need among our customers to combine digital development with responsibility. That is why we are investing in both sustainability expertise and Trusted AI, to ensure that AI is used and developed in a way that is safe, transparent and sustainable in the long term, says Helena Nordin, Sustainability Manager at Advania Sweden.

She continues:

– Going forward, we will continue to strengthen governance, transparency and implementation, so that sustainability remains a natural part of how Advania develops and how our customers can develop their business with the help of IT.
