Visma Amili and Inexchange, two companies within the global technology group Visma, present a joint strategic partnership. Together they offer a comprehensive solution that optimizes the Invoice-to-cash process.

Comprehensive and efficient invoice management

Companies and organizations therefore do not need to manage invoices across multiple systems, but rather have them collected in one flow. From the moment the invoice is created and sent to its automatic monitoring and follow-up in the event of any non-payment.

– Together with Visma Amili, we are driving innovation within our industry. We believe that being able to offer customers a complete solution from invoicing to reminder management and debt collection can fill a large need, says Simon Strandell, Commercial Director at Inexchange.

Sustainable business through optimized payment flows

Behind the partnership between Visma Amili and Inexchange lies a clear driving force to promote a strong and sustainable economy. By optimizing the entire process, from invoicing to payment, sustainable business is enabled where companies receive their payments on time. This is also done without jeopardizing good customer relationships. The follow-up is carried out with great consideration for the customers' unique situations and financial conditions.

Visma Amili and Inexchange simply wants to change the way we view financial transactions. Payment of invoices should be seen as an important contact point for building long-term, sustainable relationships with customers.

Technical innovation and digitalization in focus

At the end of 2023, launched Amili a new platform aimed at streamlining organizations' financial processes, marking a significant milestone towards increased automation. Annually, Amili handles payments equivalent to four billion kronor, distributed across 3.6 million cases. In Amili, customers can easily follow their cases, check payment status, export reports and make decisions about further processing.

In the same spirit of innovation and digitization stands out Inexchange as a significant player in e-invoicing. They also offer services such as e-orders, scanning and interpretation, as well as their own system development and support. With over one and a half million connected companies and organizations in the network, they handle transactions at a pace where 30,000 kronor passes through the said system every second.

– We are already seeing how our partnership with Inexchange has created significant added value by relieving and freeing up valuable time for our customers, says Nathalie Kinell, Commercial Director at Visma Amili.
