United Spaces continues its investment in Gothenburg and recruits Ellen Lindvall as new sales manager for the region. The recruitment comes at the same time as the coworking operator prepares to open Park Central, the company's fourth facility in Gothenburg.
– Coworking in Gothenburg is growing. Next year we will increase office space by almost 40 percent, says Ellen Lindvall, sales manager at United Spaces Gothenburg.

United Spaces currently has three facilities in Gothenburg, at Östra Hamngatan, Kvarnberget and Lindholmen with a total of 15,000 square meters of office space. In May 2027, Park Central will open directly adjacent to Gothenburg Central Station with an additional 5,700 square meters.
– Previously, it was mainly smaller companies that sought out coworking, but now we notice that even larger companies are starting to think differently about offices. Many want flexibility and see the value in purchasing service and a work environment instead of building everything themselves.
In her new role, Ellen focuses on the establishment of Park Central, while she will be involved in developing United Space's sales organization in Gothenburg.
– Park Central will be a very exciting establishment for us. The location right next to Central Station makes it a very attractive meeting place for companies from many different industries.
Ellen Lindvall comes closest from Convendum and has a long background in the hotel industry, with experience from, among others, Hotel Pigalle, Gothia Towers, Clarion Hotel Post and Hotel Skansen in Båstad. She is educated in hotel management in Switzerland and sees clear similarities between the hotel world and modern coworking environments.

– The location, interior design and environment mean a lot to the experience of an office. I believe in being close to customers, building relationships and finding solutions that really work. I sell with my heart and want people to enjoy where they work, says Ellen Lindvall.
United Spaces Facilities in Gothenburg today have clear profiles depending on the area and target group. Lindholmen attracts companies in the tech and automotive industries, while Östra Hamngatan attracts more smaller companies. For Park Central, United Spaces sees great interest from medium-sized companies.
– Gothenburg is an important market for us and we see continued strong demand for flexible workplaces. With Park Central we are further strengthening our presence and creating more opportunities for companies looking for modern and central office solutions, says Homan Tehrani, CEO at United Spaces.
