Sigma Technology and GO Nordic join forces to help Karlskrona companies with talent acquisition and retention

Sigma Technology and Go Nordic launches the GO Connect concept - a private, local initiative with the ambition to be a driving force in the work on Karlskrona's biggest challenge and opportunity in the coming years; skills supply and immigration.

Sigma Technology, a leading provider of technology consulting and IT solutions in Sweden, is pleased to announce its collaboration with Go Nordic.

Malin Andersson, unit manager at Sigma Technology, says:

For the talents, GO Connect offers personal service and hospitality throughout the entire employment journey. Services include a Contact Center for curious questions, pick-up and welcome, and smooth guidance through the bureaucratic jungle.

The platform also includes the social section GO Social, where companies employees can find like-minded people and easily be included in their new hometown. Calendar, blog and newsletter are features that will engage and inspire new and old employees.
