Iver appoints Pär Fors as new CEO for the next growth phase within hybrid cloud, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure in the Nordics.

Iver Group (”Iver”) appoints Pär Fors as new CEO to accelerate growth and strengthen its position as a leading Nordic provider of next-generation cloud and infrastructure services. He joins Iver at an important phase of the company’s development, as demand for secure, robust and superior digital infrastructure is rapidly increasing.

Iver provides mission-critical IT infrastructure services across the Nordics. With offerings in cloud services, cybersecurity and AI-based infrastructure, Iver is well positioned to meet the high demand for secure and robust European technology services. The company's hybrid strategy combines strategic partnerships with global technology leaders such as Microsoft and Broadcom with its own European cloud platform, Cleura. This enables Iver's customers to balance innovation and flexibility with regulatory compliance and data sovereignty requirements.

At the current stage in the company's development, Iver's top priority will be to continue scaling up the hybrid cloud platform and further develop its superior services for customers with high requirements for regulatory compliance, data storage and security.

Per Fors has extensive experience as CEO and from senior management positions. Most recently, he was CEO of NNIT, a leading provider of IT solutions to life science companies internationally and to the public and private sectors in Denmark. Prior to that, he was Pär CEO of CGI Scandinavia and has held several senior positions in Nordic IT services companies. During his time at CGI, he played a central role in strengthening the company's position as a leading partner for large-scale digital transformation, resulting in both growth and improved profitability.

When Pär Fors takes office as CEO on June 1, 2026, Bertrand Barthelemy to return to focusing fully on his role as Chairman of the Board.
