Intricate, the Swedish platform for superior AI, is recruiting Busra Zengin and Tiger Landen ahead of continued European expansion. Busra becomes Founding Talent Partner and leads people work. Tiger becomes Communication and PR Specialist and leads communication and public affairs.
Busra has over ten years of experience in recruitment and people work in fast-growing companies such as Klarna, Epidemic Sound and H&M, and most recently comes from Legora. As Intrics' first dedicated role within People, she is responsible for recruitment and the broader work in line with the expansion. Tiger has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Swedish National Defense University, has experience from the European Parliament, worked as a consultant in public affairs and has been an elected official at the municipal level. He leads Intrics' external communications and public affairs work in the European market.
– The fact that we are strengthening both communications and people right now reflects where Intric is. We are going from establishing the category of superior AI in the Nordics to scaling up across Europe. This requires an organization that can withstand both the political weight of the issue and the pace of growth, says Alexandra Johansen, Chief of Staff at Intric.
Rapid growth and European expansion
Intric has grown from 14 to over 30 employees since the beginning of the year and has seven more roles to fill. In May, the company opened an office in Germany, and the team is now also represented in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Italy and Spain.
The platform is used by over 60 organizations in the Nordics and Germany, which together operate more than 10,000 AI agents and assistants. Earlier this year, the company secured a pre-seed round of 3.8 million euros, led by byFounders with participation from, among others, Carl-Henric Svanberg, former chairman of Volvo and chairman of the government's AI commission.
