Huawei unveiled new AI solutions and AI infrastructure for enterprises at Huawei Cloud INSPIRE 2026 in Shanghai. During the event, the company launched the new Agentic Infra paradigm, new AI platforms, and several solutions to accelerate enterprises' adoption of artificial intelligence.
At the same time, Huawei Cloud unveiled four new specialized zones within the Industry AI Foundry: Smart Healthcare Zone, Embodied AI Zone, Smart Manufacturing Zone, and Scientific Computing Zone. The goal is to accelerate enterprises' digital and intelligent transformation through AI.
Agentic Infra will create the foundation for the next AI era
Dr. Peter Zhou, Board Member of Huawei and CEO of Huawei Cloud, highlighted that the agent-based AI era represents a fundamental shift in computing and infrastructure.
Huawei Cloud therefore introduced Agentic Infra, a new architecture paradigm built on efficient token production, continuous learning, unified management of traditional and AI-based workloads, and secure autonomous operation.
The company simultaneously presented four new products within Agentic Infra.

AI Cluster Service (AICS)
Built on the high-performance UnifiedBus network, AI Cluster Service can handle clusters of more than 100,000 accelerators, offering up to 200 EFLOPS of compute capacity and token latency of less than ten milliseconds.
The maximum throughput amounts to five million tokens per second across 1,000 accelerators, while the service offers 99.95 percent availability.
Agentic Memory Storage (AMS)
Agentic Memory Storage creates a petabyte-scale memory space and uses tiered cache management to reduce the cost of inference.
The platform is developed to support long-term AI processes and continuous learning, which will enable AI agents to handle tasks over longer periods of time.
CCE Volcano next generation scheduling engine
The new scheduling engine coordinates traditional and AI-based workloads within the same infrastructure.
According to Huawei, the technology can improve resource utilization by more than 30 percent by combining training, inference, and dynamic resource management.
AgentSphere
AgentSphere offers a secure and autonomous environment for AI agents.
Through lightweight sandbox technology, the platform can start in around 100 milliseconds and create hundreds of thousands of instances per minute, which should make it possible to scale AI agents efficiently in the cloud.
New modeling platform for enterprise AI
Huawei also unveiled the next generation of ModelArts, a platform for model training and inference.
The platform contains four central functions:
- Reinforcement Learning as a Service
- Confidential inference
- Model routing
- Model matrix
ModelArts can dynamically select the most appropriate model depending on workload and application.
The platform currently supports more than 15 advanced models and, according to Huawei, will be able to reduce average AI costs by around 20 percent.
The Reinforcement Learning as a Service service enables companies to use reinforcement learning as a service and adapt large language models to more specific areas of business.
AgentArts will accelerate AI agents in enterprise environments
Huawei Cloud also launched AgentArts, an enterprise-class agent platform that focuses on long-term production tasks, security in enterprise environments, deep industry knowledge, and complete observability.
At the same time, openJuwen was presented, an open source version of the platform that shares more than 90 percent of the core functionality with the enterprise version.
The new AgentArts Orchard portal brings together models, cloud services, and AI agents in a common interface that automates the entire process from resource management to application deployment.
New security solutions for AI and data
Huawei Cloud also presented a complete security strategy for AI environments.
The new data security zone is based on three central technologies:
- Hold Your Own Key (HYOK)
- Data capsules
- Multidimensional isolation of the infrastructure
The company also presented a solution for confidential data processing with support for confidential inference, confidential pretraining, and federated learning.
According to Huawei, the company's cloud infrastructure has been operational for 1,037 days without any major incidents.
Hybrid cloud for agent-based businesses
Huawei Cloud also published the white paper “Building Agent-Oriented Hybrid Cloud for Enterprises”.
The white paper describes how companies can:
- Building AI-powered data lakes
- Integrate private and public AI environments
- Create secure agent environments
- Implement private business agents
Huawei states that the company currently has more than 5,500 hybrid cloud customers globally and has had a leading position in financial hybrid clouds for several years.
Four new AI zones for different industries
Smart Healthcare Zone
Huaweii Cloud continues to expand its AI solutions in healthcare. The company's AI platform for healthcare will enter open beta testing on June 30.
More than 20 hospitals in China have already joined the initiative.
Embodied AI Zone
The new zone focuses on robotics and physical AI.
Huawei also unveiled CloudRobo, a robot development platform that combines data platforms, model training, and simulation.
The platform will become available for open beta testing on June 30th.
Smart Manufacturing Zone
The new zone will help industrial companies develop and implement AI agents for manufacturing and production.
Scientific Computing Zone
The Scientific Computing Zone is aimed at research and scientific applications and will provide research organizations with access to models and AI agents in a shared environment.
New AI Partner Program
Huawei Cloud also unveiled the AI Model Partner Program with more than 20 AI companies, including Zhipu AI, DeepSeek, MiniMax, Kimi, Baidu, iFLYTEK, and StepFun.
The goal is to build an open AI ecosystem where multiple models can interact and create new business opportunities for companies and developers.
Huawei Cloud states that the company will continue to invest in synergies between hardware and software to create a solid foundation for the next generation of AI solutions in the enterprise world.
