IT-Total launches SOC 360 – advanced cybersecurity for small and medium-sized businesses

Cyber threats against Swedish companies is increasing rapidly. According to a report from Check Point Software, the number of attacks against Swedish businesses increased by 22 percent in the second quarter of 2025, compared to the same period the previous year. Despite the growing threat landscape, many small and medium-sized businesses lack the resources and expertise to build a comprehensive security organization.

To meet this need, we are launching IT Total Now SOC 360, a new security service that enables the SMB segment to benefit from the same level of protection previously only available to larger enterprises. SOC 360 offers a full-scale Security Operations Center (SOC) with real-time monitoring, analysis and management of security threats – built on Microsoft's infrastructure.

– The idea when we developed the service was to help smaller companies consume SOC in a cost-effective way. Many small companies do not have the money or resources to have a specialized cybersecurity team. Advanced security available to everyone

SOC 360 builds on Microsoft's existing security technologies and integrates them with IT-Total's platform. By connecting data flows from customers' Microsoft environments with IT Totals Central monitoring allows security experts to correlate events in real time and identify potential attacks before they take hold.

The service includes, among other things:

• 24/7 monitoring and incident management
• Proactive threat analysis and reporting
• Automated security measures via Microsoft Defender
• Direct access to IT-Total's cybersecurity team in the event of critical incidents

The result is a enterprise-level security solution, but adapted and priced for small and medium-sized enterprises.
