Revolve strengthens its Investment team by recruiting internationally experienced Johan Johansson as Executive Director, Investment. The recruitment is strategic and underlines the ambition to build an even stronger platform to take advantage of attractive investment opportunities in the current market situation.
Johan Johansson's extensive international experience
Johan Johansson, a real estate investment specialist with many years of pan-European experience, adds Revolve additional expertise in real estate transactions, business development and investment structuring. He has more than 13 years of experience in the industry, of which the last ten years were international, most recently at Partners Group in Switzerland in direct investments in real estate. Before that, he worked at Starwood Capital Group in London in commercial real estate and at Savills Capital Markets in Stockholm.
The recruitment follows Revelop's successful capital raising activities over the past year, which makes the company well positioned to take advantage of the market opportunities offered by the real estate market. 2024 was a strong investment year for Revelop with a total of 6 acquisition, comprising a total of 21 properties, corresponding to a property value of approximately SEK 1.6 billion.
