Cisco announces today that Par Holgersson has been appointed Vice President, Cisco Northern Europe. In this role, he will be responsible for Cisco's business operations and strategic work in Northern EuropeThe focus is on strengthening customers' and partners' efforts to increase digital resilience, create future-proof workplaces, and meet the increased demands placed on network infrastructure through the rapid development and spread of AI technology.
Long experience within Cisco
Pär Holgersson, who was born and raised in Lidköping, has dedicated Cisco most of his professional career. He joined the company as a systems engineer in 1999 and has held a number of senior positions in the organization over the past 20 years. Since 2022, he has been Vice President EMEA Services, Software & Strategic Sales.

Pär Holgersson will assume his new role on May 1, 2025. He succeeds Niklas Andersson, who is retiring after successfully running Cisco's operations in the region since 2016.
