Sigma Industry South launches Sigma Industry Recruit, a new company focused on recruiting and specialist consultants for industry. The venture will meet industrial companies' growing need for engineers and specialists in an increasingly competitive labor market.
The company targets roles within, among others, mechanical, marine and production engineering, quality, electrical and project management.
VD for Sigma Industry Recruit becomes Jonathan Sundh, who has extensive experience in industrial recruitment and has carried out over 600 recruitments in southern Sweden. Jonathan emphasizes the importance of long-term thinking in both client and candidate relationships.
A central part of the offering is specialist consultants with the ambition to eventually move to employment with the client. The model makes it possible for both the company and the candidate to get to know each other properly before a long-term decision is made. In addition to this, the company also offers traditional recruitment with direct employment with the client.
Sigma Industry Recruit also wants to contribute to strengthening the industry's supply of skills by attracting candidates from other parts of Sweden and internationally. As part of this work, support is offered to moving engineers, including through networks and practical assistance with establishing themselves in the region.
"We have a great model that takes into account the best interests of both the client and the candidate," says Jonathan Sundh.
The business starts with focus on Blekinge, the Kalmar region and northern Skåne with the ambition to gradually expand to more parts of southern Sweden.
