PipeChain acquires Quyntess and strengthens global supply chain digitalization

PipeChain’s acquisition of Dutch software company Quyntess strengthens the company’s global presence and position in supply chain management, business systems, ERP, procure-to-pay, enterprise software, automated information flows and AI-driven automation. The acquisition broadens PipeChain’s capacity to deliver end-to-end digitalization of both direct and indirect material flows for companies with complex international supply chains.

What does this mean for Swedish companies?

For Swedish companies, the acquisition means that PipeChain strengthens its ability to support digital transformation within business systems, ERP, purchasing, logistics, material flows and supply chain management. The combination of PipeChain's collaboration platform and Quyntes' technology platform can provide better data access, higher automation, improved flow synchronization and greater control over the entire procure-to-pay process.

What does this mean for the business systems and ERP market in the Nordics?

For the Nordic ERP and ERP market, the deal demonstrates how supply chain software is becoming an increasingly important part of companies' digital core systems. PipeChain and Quyntess together strengthen the possibilities to connect ERP systems, supplier networks, purchasing processes, material flows and data-driven decision-making processes in a more integrated digital environment.

This development reflects a broader trend where companies are demanding greater levels of automation, real-time data, AI support, system integration and end-to-end visibility in their supply chains. For Nordic organizations, this can create better conditions for more efficient purchasing, reduced manual processes, stronger data quality and more resilient supply chains.

Risks and opportunities

The opportunities lie in increased digital coverage, better data quality, more AI-driven decision automation, stronger integration with business systems and higher global scalability. The risks are about platform integration, data governance, cybersecurity, change management, system dependencies, supplier dependencies and the need for clear processes for how automated decisions should be handled in complex supply chains.

PipeChain and Quyntess strengthen their position in enterprise software

The combined group will reach a turnover rate of approximately EUR 22 million and an annual ARR rate of approximately EUR 16 million. This strengthens PipeChain's position as a European player in enterprise software, SaaS, business systems, ERP, supply chain digitalization and automated data-driven processes. Quyntes' operations in the Benelux region, Germany, France and the USA give PipeChain greater international reach.
