PipeChain announced the acquisition of Dutch software company Quyntess Holding BV, which has established operations in the Benelux region, Germany, France and the US. The combined group will reach a turnover rate of approximately EUR 22 million, with an annual ARR rate of approximately EUR 16 million.
The acquisition of Quyntess significantly strengthens PipeChains geographical presence and broadens the company's ability to support the entire procure-to-pay process. The combined offering will provide our customers with comprehensive digitalization of both direct and indirect material flows, strengthening PipeChain's position as the leading collaboration platform for automated and data-driven supply chains.
Quintess contributes a state-of-the-art technology platform, enabling fundamental improvements in backend systems as well as significant functional and feature-based improvements across PipeChain's entire product portfolio. Together, the companies will deliver an even higher degree of digitalization in the information flow, greater opportunities for AI-driven automation and thus increased customer value.
“This acquisition marks an important milestone in PipeChain’s journey to become the strongest collaboration platform for achieving the highest level of supply chain digitalization and flow synchronization in our customers” supply chains. By adding both geographic reach and further broadened technical capabilities, we can offer an even more powerful solution that encompasses the entire procure-to-pay process, something that is increasingly crucial for companies operating in complex global supply chains,”, says Hans Berggren, CEO and co-founder of PipeChain.

“The future of supply chain management is about empowering companies to anticipate what’s coming next. By expanding our digital reach and unlocking more data along the value chain, we can help our customers move from reactive control to automated, intelligent decision-making at scale,” adds Hans.
