Lisa Pettersson becomes new CEO of Sigma Technology Development – continued focus on growth and culture

Sigma Technology Development, a technology consulting company within embedded systems, autonomous drive and software design, welcomes Lisa Pettersson as its new CEO. She succeeds Klas Persson, who is handing over the baton after 15 successful years.

Sigma Technology Development brings together experts in intelligent embedded systems, active safety, and connected and autonomous vehicles, and offers R&D services to leading vehicle manufacturers worldwide.

After founding and leading the company for two decades, Klas Persson is now handing over the role of president to Lisa Pettersson, former unit manager at Sigma Technology Development, and Robert Tormena, also a former unit manager, will become the company's vice president. Under Klas' leadership, the company has established a strong reputation for both technical excellence and a unique corporate culture – something Lisa describes as “a company with a big heart.”.

– I am grateful and very proud to take over the leadership of Sigma Technology Development, a company I am very passionate about, says Lisa Pettersson.

– My goal is to manage Klas’ legacy and continue to drive the company forward with the same warmth and commitment. An important priority will be to further strengthen our management team and create security for our employees in the change that a CEO change entails. Going forward, we will continue to work hard in a challenging market, while creating new opportunities for our employees and recruiting the right people who fit into our culture.
