Everon Night Owl AI surveillance system is a new solution from Everon Group which introduces AI-based digital supervision for the health and care sector. The system monitors movements, falls and activity in real time and contributes to increased safety and independence for residents.
The new system actively recognizes key events, such as someone falling, leaving their bed or chair, or leaving the room, without the need for additional sensors or wearable devices. The monitoring solution, offered in partnership with HEPRO, has been integrated into the Everon EMA app, enabling care professionals to quickly and effectively identify and manage potential risks, without the alarm first needing to pass through an alarm center.
Through the app, caregivers can receive and handle alarms from Nattuggla, talk directly through the system, and act on events, saving time and reducing the need to switch between multiple systems. Nattuggla offers 24/7 support and helps caregivers provide the right care, at the right time, with minimal disruption. Built-in security and automatic pixelation ensure privacy and protection at all times, giving caregivers only what they need to see, without revealing their identity.
The solution is available in Sweden, the UK and Finland through Everon's regional teams, and is an important step in Everon's work to deliver smart, connected solutions that strengthen care teams and improve the quality of life for individuals in assisted living, nursing homes and other living environments.
Maud Waltersson, CEO at Everon Sweden, says:
“Night Owl represents the next step in intelligent, preventative care. It is a discreet system that works seamlessly within our ecosystem, providing real-time insights without compromising dignity or independence.
By integrating digital supervision into the EMA app, we create a cohesive environment for proactive care, with security for relatives, efficiency for caregivers, and safety for residents.”
Nattuggla offers 24/7 supervision that protects both independence and privacy. With discreet infrared cameras and AI, and with information only shared with authorized care staff, the system ensures that residents remain safe, supported and respected.
“We are very pleased to announce that we are expanding our partnership with Everon Group to the UK, Sweden and Finland. This launch is a strong confirmation of the value we create together and is fully aligned with our long-term strategy to make high-quality, digital healthcare solutions accessible to more people, no matter where they live.
Through this collaboration, people in these countries can now take advantage of the latest digital surveillance technology, Nattuggla. We are proud of what we have achieved so far with Everon Group and look forward to developing the collaboration further in the coming years,” comments Geir Tore Jakobsen, CEO at HEPRO.
