Fredrik Lindros has been appointed new CEO of Norce, the leading SaaS platform for digital commerce in the Nordics, with access on April 1, 2025. He succeeds Niclas Heurlin, who after several years of committed leadership in various senior roles within the company is now leaving his position.

Niclas Heurlin has been a key person at Norce since its founding. During his leadership Norce has become a Nordic leader in composable commerce for both B2B and B2C companies with large product ranges or complex business models. As Norce now enters a new growth phase, leaving a period of consolidation and mergers behind, Fredrik Lindros takes over as CEO. This change occurs at a time of renewed growth within the e-commerce sector.
Fredrik Lindros, former CEO of First North Premier-listed Speqta, doubled Speqta's shareholder value and helped it become one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in the Nordics, according to Redeye. With a broad background in media, online retail and AI, he has extensive experience in to lead and develop high-performing tech companies – a competence that will be crucial for Norce's continued growth.
