Wiz, a leading player in cloud and AI security, is launching new solutions to protect AI applications across all infrastructure layers. Wiz AI Application Protection Platform (AI-APP) is designed to secure AI applications end-to-end, with the context needed to understand and prioritize real-world risks. With the launch of ”Red Agent,” organizations also gain access to AI-powered attacker simulation that helps identify vulnerabilities at an early stage.
AI Application Protection Platform
Wiz AI APP addresses the rapid emergence of a new breed of applications powered by AI. Modern AI applications operate fundamentally differently than traditional software, which has more predictable behavior. AI apps perform tasks autonomously—such as retrieving data, calling external systems, or executing code—while their behavior varies depending on context and input. This creates risks that are difficult to detect with traditional security tools.

To create full transparency, combine Wiz AI APP visibility, risk analysis, and runtime protection in a graph-based platform. The platform also correlates risk context and monitors AI agent behavior in real time. This enables security teams to understand and secure AI systems based on how they actually operate, making it easier to determine which risks have real business impact. It also enables faster response to anomalous or suspicious activity.
Smarter security in collaboration with AI agents
Red Agent continuously simulates potential attack paths to identify vulnerabilities that can be exploited. By acting as an attacker, Red Agent also identifies complex and hidden risks that are often missed by traditional security methods. Together with the existing Blue Agent, which analyzes data and investigates alerts, and Green Agent, which suggests actions to close security gaps, it creates a continuous process of validation, analysis, and action that takes into account all available context. This means that teams can spend less time on manual work and instead focus on defining processes and making strategic decisions.

Jesper Rellme, Solutions Engineering Manager at Wiz, says: ”Security is no longer about fixing one problem at a time. In cloud and AI environments, risks arise in how systems, models, agents, data and infrastructure interact. With AI APP and our agents this context becomes visible in Wiz Security Graph, giving teams a clear and coherent risk picture instead of a flood of alerts. This way, they can prioritize the most critical risks and work at the same pace as AI development.”
