Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. today announced the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25. These phones set a new standard for mobile AI with the most natural and contextually aware experiences for smartphones. The launch of multimodal AI agents is the first step in Samsung’s goal to transform the way users interact with their phones. Galaxy AI also[1] has been updated with improved on-device AI processing, along with next-generation ProVisual Engine photography capabilities and exceptional performance thanks to Qualcomm's Snapdragon® 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset.

With integrated AI agents and multimodal capabilities, the Samsung Galaxy S25 series can interpret text, speech, images, and videos. Thanks to Google's upgraded Circle to Search feature[3] and AI Select make it easy to perform smart and relevant searches with contextual suggestions for next steps. Circle to Search quickly recognizes phone numbers, email addresses, and web addresses on the screen, so you can call, email, or visit a website with a single tap.

This means you don't have to switch between apps just to share a GIF or save information. It's also easier than ever to navigate the new Samsung Galaxy S25 series. Ask a simple question to quickly find a specific photo in the Gallery app or change the font size in Settings.

Holding down the side button activates the AI text bot Gemini. It allows users to perform actions across multiple Samsung and Google apps at the same time, as well as third-party apps like Spotify and WhatsApp. For example, users can easily find their favorite team's match schedule and add it to Samsung Calendar via voice command.

Durable and rounder design

The Samsung Galaxy S25 series includes seven generations of OS upgrades and security updates[21] . which ensures that performance remains reliable and optimized over a longer period of time.

All Samsung Galaxy S25 devices receive six months of Gemini Advanced and 2 terabytes (TB) of storage cloud storage at no extra costGemini Advanced includes Samsung's most advanced AI models and priority access to the latest features like Gems (custom AI experts for any subject) and Deep Research (which acts like a personal AI research assistant).

The Samsung Galaxy S25 series will be available to order from February 7, 2025. Galaxy S25 Ultra[23] will be offered in Titanium Silverblue, Titanium Black, Titanium Whitesilver and Titanium Gray.
