HiQ receives renewed confidence from Kammarkollegiet in IT security

Chamber of Commerce has chosen again HiQ as a framework agreement supplier in the area of IT security. The new agreement makes it possible for authorities and other public actors throughout Sweden to call on expertise from HiQ – in an area that is crucial for protecting critical systems and digital infrastructure.

HiQ is one of the suppliers that Kammarkollegiet has awarded a framework agreement within IT security, following a procurement that was carried out in the spring of 2025. The purpose of the procurement is to meet a growing need for expertise in cybersecurity, at a time when the digitalization of societal activities places higher demands on security, robustness and accessibility.

– The fact that Kammarkollegiet has once again chosen HiQ shows that we live up to the high demands set in this area. We have extensive experience in building and securing technical solutions that play a crucial role in the functioning of society, says Pernilla Ronn, Business Area Manager for Cybersecurity at HiQ.

HiQ has worked for three decades with complex digital development in collaboration with both public and private actors – often in areas where technology must function, whether it concerns public services, critical infrastructure or financial flows. The new framework agreement, which runs for up to four years starting in March 2026, covers the development and management of IT infrastructure and systems as well as the implementation of technical security solutions. This includes, for example, information security, identity management, code review, risk analysis, GDPR-related support, as well as training and method development for systematic security work. The total maximum value that can be called upon from the eight selected suppliers is SEK 700 million.

Beyond IT security is HiQ previously also a supplier within Kammarkollegiet's framework agreement areas of IT consulting solutions and architecture and development. This makes it possible for public actors to coordinate their digital needs through one and the same supplier, who both understands the whole picture and can take responsibility throughout the entire chain - from strategy and development to implementation and management.

– We combine technical cutting-edge with a holistic approach that makes it easy for our customers to take on the opportunities of digitalization – in a safe and sustainable way. To now receive continued trust in IT security in particular is proof of our ability to meet the high demands that are made when technique used in socially critical environments. It is an area where we see a growing responsibility, and where we want to contribute with both expertise and long-term partnership, says Peter Arrhenius, CEO of HiQ.
