The IT consulting companies One Agency AB, Nordic station AB and Polar Cape AB merges and forms a European group with over 250 employees and 100s of sub-consultants. The complementary competencies of the three companies provide a strong offering in agile teams, system development, IT management and industry-adapted SaaS solutions. With a mix of consultants in Sweden and a near-shore team in North Macedonia, the delivery capacity and scalability increase significantly and provide an even better platform to accelerate the customers' digital change. The new company has a total of just over 150 customers, a turnover of over SEK 350 million and offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Oslo, Skopje, Bitola and Sofia.

Initially comes One Agency, Nordicstation and Polar Cape to operate under their existing brands. The goal is to form a collective consulting business under a new joint brand.
