AMSTERDAM, NL – October 7, 2025: Pax8, the world's largest digital marketplace, today announced Pax8 Agent Store – the first platform for agentic AI which redefines how Managed Service Providers (MSPs) helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMB) to drive innovation, automation and growth.

“Pax8 Agent Store gives our partners the tools they need to integrate and manage AI-powered solutions in their customers’ businesses,” says Libby McIlhany, Chief Product Officer at Pax8.
“As AI-powered businesses emerge and customers become more tech-savvy, they expect greater value from their suppliers. Agent Store helps our partners find the right agent solutions that increase efficiency and strengthen their competitiveness in the agent future.”

Libby McIlhany, Chief Product Officer at Pax8.

The new platform is designed to unite cloud services, intelligent agents and automation in an ecosystem that enables IT partners to deliver business value faster. Pax8 describes the Agent Store as the next step in the evolution towards the agentic economy, where AI-powered processes work side by side with humans to streamline decisions and workflows.

A new kind of AI marketplace

The new platform Pax8 Agent Store is built for plug-and-play deployment and recurring revenue. It serves as a hub for ready-made agentic products – intelligent AI agents that can be connected to various business systems, applications and services.

The platform also offers an extensive library of training materials, documentation and tools guiding MSPs through every step of their AI journey, with the aim of making complex technology accessible, profitable and scalable.

According to Pax8, Agent Store is a combination of marketplace, enablement platform and automation hubIt gives partners access to predefined agent workflows and integrated playbooks which makes it easy to build measurable results with AI – without the need for your own development teams.

“Our vision is to democratize access to AI-powered intelligence in the same way we democratized cloud trading,” explains McIlhany.
“We want every partner, regardless of size, to be able to deliver advanced agent solutions to their customers – and make money from it.”

Create your own IP and new revenue streams

With Pax8 Agent Store MSPs can build their own agents and automation flows that can be reused across multiple customers. This not only means faster implementation but also the ability to create own, differentiated revenue models.

“Pax8 Agent Store is a springboard for our partners to commercialize intelligence and drive their MIP transformation,” says Eric Mink, Vice President AI Adoption EMEA at Pax8.
“We give them the infrastructure to scale their AI services quickly and with full control – from consulting to management and optimization.”

Agent Store is designed to support partners who want to move from selling licenses to delivering outcome-based servicesBy linking revenue to measurable outcomes – such as customer satisfaction, efficiency or cost savings – MSPs can build stronger and more long-term customer relationships.

Early access and partnerships with leading technology companies

Pax8 Agent Store launches in early access for a limited number of partners in December 2025 and will become generally available in the first half of 2026.

At launch, MSPs will be able to:

  • offer agentic products to both self-service and fully managed customers,
  • integrate the agents into your own Storefronts and workflows,
  • and manage licenses, billing and lifecycle directly via Pax8 Marketplace.

To strengthen the ecosystem, Pax8 is collaborating with several leading technology companies whose solutions will be available in the Agent Store at launch.

Initial companies include

An ecosystem for the future

Pax8 believes that Agent Store is not just about selling AI products – it’s about building an ecosystem where partners, suppliers and customers collaborate in real time. The platform will become the hub of a new AI-driven economy where intelligence, data and business strategy merge.

In an important recognition of his leadership, Pax8 also become one of the first partners to deliver agentic AI directly via Microsoft Marketplace – a clear testament to the company's position as a pioneer in cloud and AI innovation.

Eric Mink, VP AI Adoption.
