– The biggest perceived potential risks are the data used to train AI agents, and that AI can pose a security threat to the organization. Here we see a great need for advice, structure and secure implementation. This provides security and reduces AI stress for customers.

According to figures from Radar analysis company Many companies are experiencing uncertainty about how AI can be used in a safe and business-relevant way. Few have a clear strategy and the level of knowledge is still uneven.

Security has also risen to become one of the most important issues for management. One in three companies in the SME segment invests 10 percent or more of their IT budget in security, according to Radar. This is in line with the national average, but Per Rosén believes investments can increase.

– Cyber threats have previously been primarily aimed at larger organizations, but as criminals use AI in different ways, smaller companies are also vulnerable.

– We believe that a focused investment in Stockholm and Gothenburg, where many of the country's SMEs are located, will yield very good results.

With increased awareness, customers will come to Nordlo

The goal of Northland as a group is to grow by approximately 15 percent annually. Far-reaching agreement dialogues are already underway with several companies, primarily in the Stockholm region.

Per Rosén sees the key to success in building on Nordlo's high customer satisfaction and working closely with customers, as well as increasing local awareness of the company in general.

If more potential customers knew how committed we are to their business, how many satisfied customers we have, how responsible we are for the whole and help them into the future, then more people would choose Nordlo, says Per Rosén, business area manager Nordlo City.
