New employees who receive good onboarding are more likely to thrive and deliver. Moreover, onboarding has become more challenging and more important as more employees work remotely.

Unfortunately, most onboarding programs lack proper system support. Onboarding systems are typically boring, unengaging, and lack the components (warm welcome, learning materials, mentors, tests, inspiration, feedback, etc.) necessary to provide a good program. The result is stressed and dissatisfied employees and managers who deliver suboptimal results.

The market potential is enormous for anyone who can build a simple and effective solution for onboarding.

Explore how to structure your prompts to generate a full production-ready system for a large enterprise. OutSystems makes this possible, but there is still lots of room for exploration for how to structure prompts in the best way. We will provide the current best-practices for prompting, then you get to play around to see what’s possible and innovate.

Team Formation

Team Size: Teams at our hackathons often consist of 2 to 6 members. There is no upper limit, but it gets hard to coordinate with too many members.

Do you need a team? Just apply and we’ll help you find a team based on your skills and expertise.

Already got a team? Make sure every member registers individually and specifies the team they belong to. This helps us understand who belongs to each team and ensures we can communicate effectively with all participants.

Team Assignments: We will carefully review all applications and assemble teams based on the skills and experiences provided. This ensures that teams are well-rounded and prepared for the hackathon.
